How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Outputresponsible Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Outputresponsible Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we linked you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by talking to the provider. Keep a written record of what is said.

Still, we want to know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that often falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Outputresponsible Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@outputresponsible.homes and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
